DINNER WITH SAM

There is nothing like being able to share a meal with someone when they are far from friends and family. Sam, the Mormon Explorer Ambassador for Africa, found himself in Salt Lake City during the weekend after General Conference. Sam was in town to translate the the discourses from the week prior into on the native language of Ghana.
We met up on Mormon Explorer and I extended and invite for him to leave his hotel and come join us for Easter dinner. Sam was a great guest and shared with us his great enthusiasm for the new website, then only 2 weeks old. He shared Mormon Explorer with many of his friends and family in Ghana, which now has the greatest density of explorers on the African Continent.
Mormon Explorer is an excellent way to simply share a meal at your home with a visitor who may be away from family or just wanting to get to know locals and their traditions better. A perfect world for me would be one where I could host someone for a meal every week (maybe because I am not doing the cooking always).
